2. Account Registration

3. Age Restriction

By registering an account on b777bat, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. b777bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, first deposit, first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Any winnings associated with the disputed deposit will be voided. b777bat reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.

5. Bonus Terms

b777bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonuses awarded by b777bat are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in eligible games before withdrawal). 6. User Obligations

7. Account Closure

Where b777bat closes an account due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in its entirety, including real-money deposits and winnings, at b777bat's discretion. 8. Limitation of Liability

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond b777bat's reasonable control. b777bat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game or bet being settled incorrectly, b777bat reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the original stake to the player's account balance. b777bat is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from clearly erroneous odds, malfunctioning game software, or system glitches. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b777bat's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises, or ৳10,000, whichever is greater. b777bat shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the b777bat platform.

While b777bat partners only with reputable, internationally certified providers, b777bat does not accept liability for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect outcomes arising within third-party game software.
